Sea Breeze, 1770

In harmony with its coastal landscape, Sea Breeze is such a beautiful construction of humble materials that can respond to breeze and storm, sun and shade. As RAIA Judge, and Head of Architecture at UQ, Peter Skinner said when naming it both the CQ Regional Building of the Year and winner of the 2007 Sustainability Award “Within this setting Sea Breeze is an absolute pearl.” Aradvarc and Awaken Designs made water conservation and solar power integral to the Sea Breeze plan.
